At The Reel Whisperer Fishing Co.™, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with the original tags (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the requested item is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item shipped by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Your name

  • The reason for the return
