When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

How long does shipping take?

International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

How do I track my order?

What if my package is delayed?

Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays that are outside of our control. If your package appears delayed, please allow a few extra business days before contacting us.

What size should I order?

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend ordering one size larger for a more relaxed fit.

What are your shirts made from?

We use premium-quality apparel chosen for comfort, durability, and long-lasting wear. Material blends may vary depending on the specific garment, but every product is selected to provide excellent comfort both on and off the water.

How should I wash my apparel?

To keep your apparel looking its best:

Turn the garment inside out before washing.
Machine wash in cold water.
Use mild detergent.
Do not use bleach.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
Do not iron directly on the printed design.
Do not dry clean.

Following these instructions will help preserve the print and fabric for years to come.

Can I return my order?

Yes.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely.

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We'll be happy to help arrange an exchange whenever possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We're very sorry if this happens.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Photos of the damaged or defective item
A brief description of the issue

We'll review your claim and work quickly to replace the item or provide another appropriate solution.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we'll do our best to make changes or cancel it.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once production has begun, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our most popular designs are restocked throughout the year, while others are released as limited editions.
